Cash Flow Analysis Template Design #1
There is this so-called cash flow sensitivity analysis one can make for business financial management. As the name suggests, this template will cover pessimistic cash flow, expected cash flow, and optimistic cash flow. Usually, this cash flow is made for certain period of time, so have this included.
Write the period of time below the company’s name. Then, make the table and divide the rows into cash inflows (income) and cash outflows (expenses). Make columns for those three cash flow sections said before to finish the table.

There is business cash flow analysis too, of course. Just like before, you need to write the business name along with the financial year you mean it for. In the cash flow column, the table will be divided into opening balance and closing balance. In the first balance, there are cash incoming and outgoing.
Each of them would have its own list in the table rows. Don’t forget to put the total and monthly cash balance too. This template design however, will have the columns for each month. After all, this template is for yearly cash flow analysis.

Next, since there are discounts to be given to customers, there will be discounted cash flow to concern about too. It might be a little complex here, but the template can help manage things easier and faster. Before you make the table, there is information to be put right below the cash flow title.
It would be the initial cash flow, growth rate, terminal growth rate, discount rate, shares outstanding, margin of safety, and debt level. Meanwhile, the table has to include flows, growth, and value for every year to analyze here.

There is blank cash flow analysis too. Unlike the other template designs, this analysis does not appear to be made with table. It does have list to be filled though. The blank cash flow will have the borrower name written in the right top side of the worksheet. Why there has to be the name here?
It is because this analysis is generally applied to certain individuals. Meanwhile, the list of this cash flow analysis includes individual income tax return, employee business expenses, sales of business property, and the installment sale income.
